These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services operated by YOURFRIENDBL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("YOURFRIENDBL", "we", "us", or "our") — each a "Service" and together the "Services".

Our current Services include — but are not limited to — Lysta — AI Grocery & Lists ("Lysta"). These Terms apply to any current or future app, website, or service we launch unless we publish separate or supplemental terms for that specific product.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

1.1 Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Users under 13 (or the higher digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your login credentials secure.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect compromise, contact support@yourfriendbl.com immediately.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, post illegal content, or attempt unauthorized access. You may not reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law. Use of AI features must comply with our AI Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services — including lists, items, notes, reminders, messages, voice recordings, photos, and other materials ("Your Content").

We do not sell Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models.

3.2 YOURFRIENDBL Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and trademarks (excluding Your Content) are the property of YOURFRIENDBL LLC or its licensors.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, AI providers, and others). Their terms apply to your use of those services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or authorized providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. AI Features

Use of AI features is governed by our AI Policy.

You remain responsible for verifying AI output before relying on it, particularly for any safety-critical, dietary, medical, financial, or legal decision.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amount paid in last 12 months or (b) USD $100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
