Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourFriendBl website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service may be used by individuals of any age. However, if you are under 13 years old, you may only use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for your activity on the Service.
If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for ensuring the safe and lawful use of the Service by the minor under your care.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Your Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- Maintain the security of your login credentials;
- Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service, such as "BlixShare Pro", are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").
Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Price Changes: We may modify fees at any time, effective at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Harass, threaten, harm, or impersonate other users;
- Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service;
- Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
We may remove content or restrict access to the Service if we believe these rules have been violated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of YourFriendBl or its licensors.
YourFriendBl grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You do not obtain any ownership rights.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and YourFriendBl is not responsible for their actions, content, or failures.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourFriendBl and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by legal or safety reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Some provisions of these Terms may continue to apply even after termination (for example, intellectual property and limitation of liability).
